My Past Life in 1600s Europe: A True Regression Story

I would like to introduce you to a man named Philip. He was a traveling performer, taking his partner on the road with him. City to city they would go, hoping to capture the eye of someone of high stature who could hire them for money in exchange for performances. This was the dream.

Philip had given up his entire life in pursuit of this dream that pulled at his soul. He knew that he would be able to bring magic, illusion, and wonder to the people. In turn, that would keep the fire of Spirit alive that he knew burned inside of us all. He strove to remind people of what it means to be a child again. Too often, we forget the simple pleasures in life. All he wanted was to bring smiles to the faces of those he encountered.

Along the way, he met a man with similar aspirations. It made sense to have a partner on the road for safety, and alas, the act was born. The two men planned a vague route together first to some nearby villages for practice, then to a few larger towns, and finally if they had no luck at that point, they planned to set off in the great unknown of other territories.

The Past Life of Philip the Performer

Philip previously lost his family in pursuit of his dream. He was so feverishly passionate about the state of the world that he lost touch with those who mattered most to him – his wife and children. Eventually, the children grew older. As they did, their connection to their father weakened for he did not spend much time with them. Instead, Philip put all of his time into mastering his craft. He wanted to be known as the best illusionist of his time. And that is exactly what he became.

His collaboration with his partner was for safety as well as finally striking it rich with the King. He knew that one of the surrounding territories would want his entertainment for their people.

On the road, the duo first started in smaller villages. They soon learned their act was very successful, indeed! They knew they were on the right track and it seemed everything was going according to plan.

Philip and his partner agreed that a move to town would be a great option for exposure and they were more than ready. There was an upcoming market celebration in the nearby town square and they knew that would be the perfect opportunity!

Carefully, they gathered their finest eye-catching garments. Philip chose a lovely layered suit in golden yellow and lime green stripes. It had many tufts and tassels. The neckpiece was crisp white and intricately layered. He picked out his most comfortable boots in black to wear. He could stand in them all day. The square buckle on the top was perfectly worn for his feet; not too snug and not too loose. He anticipated they might have a long day of performances and he wanted to be sure to be ready just in case. He paired his boots with a wide brimmed black hat. His skin was particularly delicate to the sun’s rays and he wanted to be able to handle the weather. Philip’s partner chose a suit very similar to his own. It was striped with maroon and pink in a similar pattern as Philip’s own yellow and green. His partner was also adorned with a strong crisp neckpiece in white. It was very prominent on his partner; his long dark hair had been pulled back in a tied fashion and his balding forehead was sprinkled with sun spots. Philip could tell this man did not protect the skin in the same ways he did. Both men sported matching white gloves, especially needed for the slight of hand tricks they were to perform.

The performance went marvelously on the day it was scheduled. The crowd laughed and cheered and delighted! They were in awe, wonder, and amazement at the crafty skill of Philip and his partner. Again, the act was a success. Philip noticed some official looking men talking in the back and hoped that might be an offer for them. However, the men eventually left when all of the rest of the crowd left. Philip and his partner ended their performance a success & returned home with plans to move their act to the next town. They were satisfied at the job they had done for themselves and knew it wouldn’t be long before word of their act started traveling. This would open many opportunities for them. The men happily departed one another with plans to continue pursuit of their dream.

That night, Philip was elated and in awe at what he knew was in store for his future. He was not in the least bit disappointed they did not yet book any solid contracts but he was more than hopeful. As he meditated on this very fact, Philip received a hard knock at the door. The hour was late and he wondered who it could be. Perhaps an opportunity!

As he answered, he was greeted by several king’s guardsmen. They were dressed in full body armor from head to toe. Many of them had their swords drawn. Surprise and shock paralyzed Philip for this is not what he expected. One of the men stepped forward and declared they were here by order of the King. His words were muffled through the thick armor of his helmet. He flashed an official looking scroll, mumbled something about treason, while two other men grabbed Philip. He was in bed attire but the guards did not care. They seized Philip from his home and directly marched him into a horse drawn wagon. His arms were tied behind his back and a knapsack was placed upon his head.

The wagon began moving. It wasn’t long before it stopped and Philip correctly guessed they had taken him into the town square, near the entrance to the foot of the King’s castle. He was unloaded, uncovered, disrobed, and taken down a side street. The cold cobblestone felt like ice on his bare feet as the night’s cool wind sent a chill through his naked body.  A wooden door was opened into an unknown side entrance and Philip was taken underground, beneath the castle into the dungeon area – the place where they keep prisoners.

At this time, there was much peace in the land so these lands held few prisoners. Philip could see no others than himself. He was escorted to a small room with dirt walls and floor. The entrance had one wooden door with a lock on the outside. There were no windows. The only light came from a candle in the room. There was a wooden table with a blank piece of paper and writing utensil upon it. Philip was asked to write his confession. He was told he would be housed here until he confessed. At that, the guards promptly closed the door and locked Philip in this room.

At first, only shock and disbelief could be felt. Then confusion set in. Philip was unsure what he was to confess to. He had done nothing wrong. To be confused is to be alive. Because Philip never had a thing to confess to, his fate turned bleak not long after he was locked in this room. No one bothered to come check on him again. No one brought food or water. There was a slight drip of water in one corner of the room that allowed Philip to stay alive a little longer than a few days. It may have been weeks. It felt like it to Philip. The entire time he was growing weaker, he kept pondering the reasoning why he had been captured. It just did not make any sense. Philip died in that little room, locked away, with confusion and a heavy weight upon his heart regarding the cost of performance. Sometimes being seen leads to our demise, as in the case of Philip.

Unfortunately, Philip was the victim of a corrupt justice system. Unbeknownst to him, the wealthy, important looking men who had watched his show planned to frame this local traveling performer for their own scandals of treason. What a perfect, unsuspecting pawn Philip became for these corrupt men.

However, no story is without a silver lining and all of the men who framed Philip eventually died with guilt and shame in their own hearts for their greed and corruption. Their karma increased for the next incarnation and because the unjust taking of a life was involved, karma would come back increased for the men involved.

Philip lived a happy life. He lost many things in his life in pursuit of his dreams but he was ok with those losses. He had made peace with them as they were happening. Ultimately, his heart longed to ignite magick in the hearts of the masses. He was prepared to sacrifice everything in pursuit of his dream. In the end, he did just that – sacrificed his very life. This type of effort is always positively rewarded in future incarnations.

The guards and the wealthy men, however, lived a life full of greed, lies, and deceit in their pursuit of their dream – power and status.  Their lives were very hollow and never felt fulfilled. They died lonely, alone, and with nothing. All of their efforts were in vain in the end. None were even important enough to name in this story today.

Philip incorrectly associated performance with risk and futility. What he didn’t realize is that after his passing, his partner and those who loved and adored him fought to find out the true story of what happened to him.  In the end, the truth of what was done to him was brought to light. Philip died a hero in the hearts of his fans, his friends, and his family – a man passionately pursuant of his dreams. He inspired future generations in his town. Eventually, his story was lost but his spirit lives on.

Dreams are important. No matter what happens, hold tight to your truth. Do not sell yourself short on anything in this life. Passionately pursue your dreams at all costs. Philip was not wrong in doing so and neither are you. Intention is everything and we are always judged accordingly on the other side.

The story above was a personal one that I encountered during my own hypnosis regression in the summer of 2020. The events that I saw were recorded from the memories & the downloads that I received during that session.

The images used above in this post were created with AI. While doing some research online to find images that fit what I actually saw in my mind of the costume & attire, I stumbled something and was truly blown away!

I couldn’t help but to notice the odd parallels between the story of Philip and the REAL LIFE story of King Charles. I also confirmed that happenings inside of the town square with the wealthy elite and the corruption that went on during these times. King Charles I was beheaded at the Banqueting House in Whitehall and history records that the court at Whitehall was deeply distrusted by the public.

Very interesting parallels found!!

I found Philip in my subconscious… now I’m wondering if I found him in the history books as well?! 🤯 Is the connection between my past-life regression and real-life corruption of 1600s Europe? Although the story may slightly differ, the parallels are too close to ignore!

I’m curious – please share your thoughts!
